Craig Townsend has worked in the area of relaxation, meditation, and personal development for two decades. He possesses a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and researched and experimented with various methods of tapping the mind's potential for 20 years, before creating the transformational Deep Meditation program. Many of his other programs also utilize a powerful blend of mental training techniques, combining the areas of hypnosis, auto and hetero-suggestion, deep relaxation, personal development, meditation, visualization, motivation, positive thinking, psychology, mind/body medicine, Zen and other eastern philosophies to create highly effective mental training or relaxation programs. He is devoted to increased development and understanding of the mind, and passing on vital information to those who seek greater achievement in their lives.
